synopsis

In 2093, aspiring filmmaker Kuve shoots a documentary about the Great War of the 2070s, which brought an end to modern technologies and led to the rebirth of kingdoms. In Umata, he discovers a village that has found peace.

Swiss-Kenyan filmmaker Damien Hauser creates a film full of inventiveness, a mix between sci-fi, romance and mockumentary that reflects on the use of AI in cinema in a futuristic Africa.
