synopsis
Kinds of Kindness is a triptych fable following: a man with no choices of his own who tries to take control of his life; a troubled police officer whose wife, presumed lost at sea, has returned but seems to be a different person; and a determined woman searching for a very specific individual with a special ability, destined to become a remarkable spiritual leader.
Une exploration jubilatoire et cruelle des vicissitudes paradoxales de la condition humaine. Du Lanthimos à son meilleur qui ne cherche jamais à plaire, ne craint pas d’être mal-aimé et adore être mal-aimable… tout l’inverse de ses étranges personnages.
